Before reporting an issue
Record the tool name, your browser and device, the image’s pixel dimensions and file size, and the exact error message. Try the built-in sample artwork to see whether the issue also occurs with a known small file. Do not share private artwork or personal data unless needed through an agreed support channel.
Common fixes
For memory errors, close other tabs or choose a smaller source. For unsupported-file errors, export a still PNG, JPG, or WebP from your editor. For a baked-in background, try the solid-color remover and inspect the output. For a file-size failure in full-color-only mode, enable palette optimization or deliberately choose smaller dimensions.
What support cannot guarantee
No image-preparation tool can guarantee marketplace acceptance, recover missing original detail, or predict exact printed colors. Always retain your master artwork and use the printer’s current template.
