The service

POD IMG Tools provides browser-based image preparation through Haselton Media Group. By using these tools, you agree to use them lawfully and respect the rights of others. You remain responsible for your artwork, its licensing, and its use on any marketplace or product.

Your artwork

You retain your rights in the files you process. These tools do not grant ownership of another person’s art, logo, trademark, photograph, or character. Processing an image does not make it lawful to sell or remove obligations to obtain permission.

Output and limitations

Inspect every output before uploading, publishing, or ordering a print. Resizing, cropping, interpolation, conversion, palette reduction, background removal, and browser color handling can change an image. Keep your original files. The tools are provided as available, without a promise of error-free operation, uninterrupted access, marketplace acceptance, exact color matching, or a particular printed result.

No marketplace relationship

Marketplace and product names belong to their respective owners. POD IMG Tools is independent and is not endorsed by those platforms. Follow each provider’s current technical, content, and intellectual-property requirements.

Responsible use

Do not use the website to infringe rights, distribute unlawful material, interfere with the service, exploit security weaknesses, or misrepresent the origin or ownership of artwork. Automated use must not disrupt the host or other users.

Changes and applicable rights

The operator may improve or change the tools and these terms. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. This general notice does not replace a negotiated agreement or advice about your specific legal circumstances.
